The coconut wireless has been abuzz around the Hawaiian Islands with travelers stumbling upon lower than usual airfare deals to Hawaii this spring. You heard that right: Deals. To Hawaii!!

There’s been a major increase in the number of domestic flights to Hawaii this year, making flying to all of the Hawaiian Islands more convenient and more affordable than it’s been in years. Airlines are scheduled to fly a record 18,800 flights from the U.S. Mainland to Hawaii in the first half of 2015, and airlines have lowered airfares to help fill these additional flights.
