Celebrated Japanese chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa is bringing the essence of his world-renowned restaurants Nobu & Matsuhisa to Zurich’s Baur au Lac this December 1-11.

For ten days, a team of chefs from Chef Nobu’s Matsuhisa restaurant in Mykonos, Greece will take over the Baur au Lac’s Rive Gauche restaurant, which normally serves modern Mediterranean grill cuisine, offering exclusive Japanese and Peruvian specialties such as Tiradito, Black Cod Yuzu Miso and New Style Sashimi.  Guests will experience the same level of culinary excellence found in Chef Nobu’s flagship restaurants, along with the sophistication and service of Zurich’s finest hotel.

Guests can also enjoy cocktails and pre-dinner small plates at the hotel’s recently renovated Terrasse – the place to see-and-be-seen for Zurich’s ‘it’ crowd. Those looking for a more traditional Swiss culinary experience can also visit the hotel’s recently renovated Pavillion restaurant.
